love is in the air!

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!  I hope your days are all filled with love and sunshine!  (Not practical, I'm sure--but I can hope, right?)

My husband had an amazing series of surprises planned for me when I got home from work.  I love him with all my heart.  I can honestly claim that I am truly blessed to have found my soul-mate in him!  A claim I do not make lightly.

In the relatively short time that we have owned our house, my husband and I have put it through many changes. 

I love the things I've done to the house, but I am still learning about my house and her personality.  What she likes, what she doesn't like.  You know... The ol' "what makes her tick" if you will.

Just over one and a half years ago (Friday, June 19, 2009, if I must be specific), my husband and I closed on our first house.  It was ours and we were in love with it.
